Josh Talbot Workshop & Social

Ruahine Line Dancers are four clubs (Dannevirke, Palmerston North, Feilding and Woodville) working together to support each other and promote line dancing in our area.
We’ve attended loads of fantastic events in New Zealand and would now like to invite you to join us as we host Josh Talbot whose many dances we have taught and enjoyed over the years.
Josh started dancing when he was 15 and was the youngest person to Judge the Australian National Championships. He is a well known Australian instructor and choreographer of many popular dances. He runs a successful club in Sydney with his wife Sally and hosts events both in Australia and internationally.
We'll start with a meet and greet and casual social on Friday night. Following that, Saturday will be filled with workshops and social dances throughout the day. The weekend will conclude with a ‘Denim & Lace’ themed social event in the evening.
Limited Numbers! Due to venue size numbers are limited so get in quick. Round up your crew and come join us in the Manawatū!
Belts and Boots
We are also very excited to welcome some friends we made last year who provide custom made boots which are fantastic quality and because they are made to your individual requirements, so comfortable to wear. Samples of a variety of styles and sizes will be available to try so you can have confidence in placing an order with them. A variety of other dance accessories will also be available.
Payment options will be cash or PayPal as their Australian eftpos service is not available in NZ.

Come and get to know us, find your table for the weekend. Have a chat to Josh and the organisers and enjoy some dancing. Supper provided.

Workshop
Join us for the morning and afternoon sessions with a break for lunch. We encourage you to pick up lunch from one of our fantastic local cafes in the morning so you can have a relaxing lunch break and enjoy socialising with everyone. Tea, coffee and cold water supplied.
